Many already know this as my regular newsletter. Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a reminder about my public events that week. It will include a brief story and a secret word. If you show up, and know the secret word, you win a free oyster. Easy.
Speakeasy All In
From time to time, I will bring other amazing seafood to you. It is really based on what I see on the docks and from other exclusive providers. This could be Ahi Tuna from Tahiti, Day-Boat/ Nova Scotia scallops, or Michelin Star caliber smoked salmon. I’ll have a central location where you can collect your order. There’s often a chance to have a special dish when you pick it up. I can also deliver under cover of darkness (aka dead drop style only in Santa Clara and San Mateo County). Leave a cooler out overnight and your great seafood choice is there in the morning.
